About the project
Nové Oslavany

Project Oslavany

The neighbourhood is designed as a harmonious blend of family houses and apartment buildings. Along the elevated edge of the site, a compact row of family homes creates a clear structure, while towards the open landscape the development becomes more relaxed and individual in character.

At the heart of the area are low-rise apartment buildings with clean, simple forms, set on a shared base with underground parking. The central zone also includes a kindergarten, small shops, and a welcoming square — a natural meeting place for residents.

The new district is easily accessible from Letkovská and Novoveská streets and is open to pedestrian routes leading both into the town and out into the surrounding countryside. An important feature of the area is a preserved natural enclave with a protected pear tree, thoughtfully integrated into the public green spaces.

Each part of the development has its own character while remaining visually cohesive. Family houses feature simple architectural forms, a mix of flat and pitched roofs, and are carefully adapted to the sloping terrain. The apartment buildings are defined by clean white volumes and green roofs above the underground parking level.
