We are pleased to announce the start of construction of Residential Building VI, which represents the first phase of residential development within the New Oslavany project. In this building, a total of 66 future owners will find their new homes. Construction is currently in the earthworks phase, and the foundation construction is planned for the winter months. The anticipated completion date for the construction work of this phase is set for the fourth quarter of 2027.
