Planned shopping center

The city of Oslavany is preparing a new shopping center, which will include a BILLA store and other retail units. The project aims to bring modern commercial infrastructure and expand the range of services directly in the city.

In October, the city council will discuss the necessary changes in urban planning, and by the end of the year, an application for a building permit will be submitted to the building authority in Ivančice. The preliminary schedule anticipates the opening of the center in the coming years.

The project includes the construction of free parking, the incorporation of green areas, and the installation of fast charging stations for electric vehicles. The location is situated in the area in front of the former power plant, where cooling towers and railway tracks used to be.

Part of the project New Oslavany also includes the preparation of non-residential spaces in residential building no. 7. These spaces will expand the offerings for future owners and entrepreneurs from various service sectors directly in the city center.
