New Streets, New Character: Oslavany Takes Inspiration from Local Birdlife

We are now completing the final stage of infrastructure construction, marking another important milestone – the long-awaited naming of the streets throughout the entire locality. The selection of names is inspired by the lifelong passion of Mr. Václav Čapek, who dedicated his life to the study and observation of birdlife. This very theme became the foundation for the new street names.

The locality will now feature the following streets: Kukačková, Jiřičková, Poštolková, Křepelková, Skřivánková, Sýkorková, and naturally, the main Václav Čapek Street will not be missing.

New Oslavany thus gains a unique thematic character that connects the area’s history with the surrounding nature and landscape.
