Planned Shopping Center

In October, the city council will discuss the necessary changes in the field of spatial planning, and by the end of the year, an application for a building permit is to be submitted to the building authority in Ivančice. The preliminary schedule envisages the opening of the center in the coming years.

The project includes the construction of free parking facilities, the integration of green areas, and the installation of fast-charging stations for electric vehicles. The location is set in the area in front of the former power plant, where cooling towers and railway tracks once stood.

As part of the Nové Oslavany project, additional commercial premises are also being prepared in Apartment  Building No. 7. These spaces will expand opportunities for future owners and entrepreneurs from various service sectors, strengthening the service offering directly in the town center.
